Spring Wishlist: My Top 5
Spring has sprung and so has my wishlist...
1. Alohas Crochet Trainers
I’ve always been an Adidas gal, but recently I’ve really been turned off of wearing anything with an obvious logo. This even comes down to my trainers, the 3 stripe motif is iconic, but these days I want something prettier. These trainers have been on my wishlist for months at this point, I’m not sure why I’ve held off for so long? I think it might be that there is always a waitlist for these, and your girl is not known for her patience. Regardless, I think Spring is the perfect time to add these to my rotation - I’m picturing wearing them with all of my Dôen and Christy Dawn dresses. Lovely.
2. Mint Velvet Sandals
Sticking on the footwear theme, I desperately need a new pair of sandals. Mine from the previous few summers are well and truly battered. The shade of blue on these really caught my eye and I love the twist knot detail. I have to say Mint Velvet has some really great shoe options right now.
3. byMATTER Refresher Spray
This might be a bit niche, but I saw Anna Newton talking about this clothes refresher spray and I’ll be honest, the branding totally sucked me in. I do need something like this though - it might sound gross but I like to wash my clothes as infrequently as I can get away with. It is the best way to preserve your clothing and make it last as long as possible in your wardrobe. Do you need to spend £35 on something like this? Probably not. I’m sure you could pick up something on Amazon for under a tenner. I am happy to be the guinea pig though and test this out (for research purposes ofc).
4. Louise Damas Michelle Earrings
I freakin love everything that Louise Damas creates and these earrings are 100% going to be my next purchase. There is also a matching necklace which I think I might just have to get too. Luckily I have my own discount code (KATIE15) to get 15% off…
5. Christy Dawn Katrina Dress
I don’t think I’ll ever create a wishlist again and not include a Christy Dawn number. I am well and truly hooked. This piece is my latest obsession. It’s the perfect easy-breezy dress to wear day-to-day - it doesn’t feel too dressy for just wearing at home. It comes in 4 colour currently - I think this one is my favourite although the red floral is a close second.
